Design and Quotation
After contacting ourselves with an idea of what you want from your extension Steve Brown and out team of home extension specialist will draw you a detailed specification and a full quotation of costs involved which can be posted or emailed to yourselves for your consideration.

Planning Permission & Building Regulation
We will prepare all plans and architectural drawings before work can commence, deal with all issues regarding planning permission and building regulations. We will submit all applications, planning permission and building regulations to the relevant authorities on your behalf making the application al street free for yourselves ensuring that planning permission is granted if possible.

Construction
We employ a complete team of tradesman from ground work to decoration with the development left ready for occupation.

We have a site forman on site overseeing all works to ensure complete satisfaction for all customers.

Certification & Completion
A completion certificate will be passed to yourselves from the Local Authority which also includes a Part P certificates for any electrical works carried out.

Aftercare
All clients receive a high level of after care and continue to come back to us time and time again for further hoe improvements.
